Infrastructure Improvement
The City of Silver Lake is in the process of a three year Infrastructure Improvement Project, replacing city water and sewer lines. The project began in the Spring of 2025 and is planned to end in the Fall of 2027. The properties adjacent to the project will be assessed for the work being completed. Assessments will be finalized in the Fall of 2026 and will be assessed to property taxes beginning in 2027.
