Allowable Users - By utilizing the site, users agree to the terms of this policy.

Residents of the City of Silver Lake

Non-residents through permitting system (no commercial)

Site Monitoring

The site will be monitored continuously via a security camera system.

Users must show photo id and/or permit to gain access to site.

Non-residents must fill out log book provided at entrance for each visit.

Acceptable Material - Materials must be separated and placed in designated areas. Load sizes must not exceed 12 yards.

Tree branches up to 6 inches in diameter and less than 4 feet in length

Any violation of this policy and/or illegal dumping may be prosecuted as a petty misdemeanor under MN Statute 609.68
