The City of Silver Lake is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of codes and ordinances. 

The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Silver Lake Code and Ordinances. Questions regarding City Ordinances can be directed to the contacts listed below.

The McLeod County Sheriff's Department has been contracted by the City of Silver Lake to enforce city ordinances.
